Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we require a minimum of 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice or not showing up for a scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation or no-show fee of $50. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will be considered late, and a late fee of $25 will be applied. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain smooth and efficient operations.
